The future is here. And it sucks…

I have always had a faible for Science Fiction. Everything from German pulp magazines from the early 60s (Perry Rhodan anyone?) to Asimov, Dick, and Gibson.
Lately, I started reading the works of Patrick Todoroff. His military sci-fi novels are available on Amazon for a fistful of
dollars quarters and are totally worth checking out. The Stones Remember is a quick but intense near-future short story for about a dollar, and if you have some time on your hand give Shift Tense a go.
Todoroff is also a Christian and if you are that way inclined you should probably have a look at his coming of age (in a literal as well as metaphorical sense) story. I for one could recognize myself in much of what is being said there.
